RETURNS AND WARRANTY

All RETURNS must have an RA number. Refunds will be given once we get the product back and any and ALL power supplies and accessories are returned. Terminals • Refund in 10 days minus shipping • Refund in 10 to 30 days minus shipping plus a 20% restocking fee. • No refunds after 30 days.

WARRANTY

• A replacement terminal is to be sent out based on the your immediate need. Do you need it tomorrow? Can you wait one or two extra days so we do not have to spend a lot in shipping?

In the first 90 days we pay shipping both ways. After 90 days we pay shipping to you, you pay shipping to return the terminal to us.

• If the Pin Pad is TAMPERED or the ENCRYPTION IS LOST after 90 days than the customer is to pay $20 for a reprogramming of the Pin Pad plus $8 shipping. The customer will have to pay to send in the old PIN Pad.
